Won't see much of Slipper either unfortunately.

JJT is expected back in March and Slipper is expected to miss a few rounds, but not gone for the season.. Remember that non-RWC years have a mid-season break to allow for the June Tests, so the season will finish 1 month later then 2015. That means there is an opportunity for players to return from serious injuries more so then 2015.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. Greene is not a Super Rugby 10, he is flamboyant and great individually but his team management is poor, still very club like.
Slipper and Holmes reportedly will be going under the knife after the RWC but should both be ready for the start of S15 season.

Something like that was probably said around 2006/07 when he first came onto the scene. With the right guidance and structure, who knows what Greene will be able to develop into.

There's not many quality 10's we can sign at this point, so we're going to struggle in this area. Lets just hope it won't be a repeat of 2012 all over again!

2012 would be a huge upgrade from 2015.. <insert crying emoji here>

Think he meant 2012, as in the fly half department.... that being said how good would it be to have Harris or Lucas right about now

Yep, still not sure of what will work best.

- 15 options are Hunt and JOC (James O'Connor)
- wingers are JOC (James O'Connor), Eto Nabouli, Kuridrani (who works so well with Kerevi) and CFS
- Centes still have question marks particularly is Kerevi 12 or 13 and who plays in or outside him. Paia'uau at 12 has me intrigued as a 2nd play maker. Alternatively Hunt goes to 13 and JOC (James O'Connor) at 15. I think CFS needs to be 13 rather than wing because I think he goes missing on the wing. He needs to be close to the action. Magnay a darkhorse too as he plays a very physical game.
- JMac probably the 10 given he has the full contract rather than Greene's training squad one.
- Frisby at 9 with Tuttle looming as a VERY solid back up.

I really liked the Kerevi/Hunt midfield when I saw it. What to do with fullback in that scenario I don't know. Ideally JOC (James O'Connor) is fit and can play there with Kuridrani and Feaui-Sautia on the wings.

Things are starting to look good for Reds 2016 with the players performing in NRC, others being released from Team Rehab, and a strengthening in the supporting coaching arrangements. Maybe not title "good", but it's looking like it will be a huge improvement on Season 2015. Hopefully the "players out of form, or injured" excuse is taken off the table.

It could be Woody's year, and he could get extended to be Coach for Life.
