The CoC hearing is not a requirement of termination. RA can terminate a player. The player can either accept the termination and move on, or, contest either the wrong doing or the severity of the punishment. If they contest...
That is not a result of his termination at all. That is a direct result of his actions.
No other employer is saying they won't employ him because RA sacked him. They're saying his values and actions are not compatible with their organisations and that he places his religion above any potential...
After listening to it they do have some valid points but to be taken from a NH perspective obviously. However, I don't think they are anywhere near as informed as others which tarnished many of their topics.
