Absolute madness(if it's more than a tele nightmare).
Why give the mungo code a leg up in london?
Why risk injury to Wallabies?
$5m is not enough.
If 15 man rules apply in the 1st half with full contact scrums then I cannot imagine many mungoes coming out for the 2nd half.
Will watch if it ever...
I voted in the raised on Rugby column, although I did play a year of soccer and two years league in primary, then twenty years playing heavens game plus another thirty supporting it. Soccer was very much against dad's wishes and league was only tolerated as it was a better option than soccer. I...
Moses, Good effort and look forward to seeing the end result.
A couple of points.
1. Age - I am 60 so the 50-59 was ticked.
2. I live on NSW Nth Coast. Therefore questions relating to transport and parking are distorted due to staying in the game day city which may be Sydney. Brisbane or...
If you attempted a conversion from that spot I think the opponents would whip the ball away the instant you twitched in a forward direction. The resultant air swing would be a good laugh.;)
I am a little confused. Why has Rugby gone backwards in the NSW State school system. In the 60's and 70's Rugby was a dominant winter code in the CHS system. Dominant to the point that GPS refused to play CHS because it could not compete. Yes that is true . It only lasted 2 or 3 years but it...
I think rules to protect the Haka or any other nations pre match display is a load of tripe. If a national side wants to put out a challenge then let them. If the opposing team wants to challenge, suffer or ignore it then let them. Back in the 60's I recall the AB's performing a haka at each...
DC controls the game behind a go forward pack. When we have that luxury we can have a DC type, Until then we need a player like QC (Quade Cooper) that can create something from very little. Giving him a 12 & 13 with attacking qualities will make him more effective. JOC (James O'Connor) and Horne would be ideal.
What made it so good was the timing when Gregan used it. A sledge after the event has little sting. As George says in response..."that's my line". The darkness will have to come up with their own.
Absolutely agree...it needs to be about the contest. That is exactly the major point of difference between mungo ball and Rugby. From kick off to final whistle Rugby is a contest for possession, make one simple error and lose the ball, in league if you have it and someone steals it the ref will...
Most Rugby people I know are firstly followers of the game with a hope that their team triumphs. Once their team is eliminated they continue to watch every game and adopt one of the participants unless England A was playing England B. Then you would hope they destroyed each other.
