    Wallabies v Barbarians - 1/11/14 (Twickenham)

I'd like to reply to this, but the internet doesn't have room.

    Wallabies v Barbarians - 1/11/14 (Twickenham)

I enjoyed the game. It was far from perfect skills wise, but there was definitely some passion and 'pizazz' on display tonight. Hadn't seen McMahon before this game - wow, awesome. Something is brewing for the Wallabies; they just need to keep the enthusiasm going and the halfwits away.

    Ewen McKenzie Resignation

This is pathetic on every front. The players behave like children; the ARU has been poorly managed for as far as I can remember; and the coach walks out the door leading into a world cup year. Less huggy-feely, more smacky-smacky please. You're supposedly grown men for fucks sake. Oh and one...

    Tri Nations Game 6 - Wallabies vs All Blacks - Saturday 27 August 2011 - 3N2011

Agreed. I don't expect a robot for a ref, but fuck; there is three of them. WTF are the touchies doing? Fat-man-side-ref notices a nothing obstruction from Muliana(?) against AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper), but fails to see Ali tripping Cooper? If the ball isn't near the touch line; assistants should be...I...

    Tri Nations Game 6 - Wallabies vs All Blacks - Saturday 27 August 2011 - 3N2011

Huh? They were tackling like monsters then had a 10 minute rest. Very much agree with this. I was astonished when the 'boks opted against a maul in the last 30-odd seconds of the last match. Semi-agree. Yes that's what the Kiwis did, because they were permitted to. There was no semblance of...

Drown out the haka: Bledisloe II | Tri Nations finale

I am but a newbie; but do feel strongly about this. 1. You cannot 'ban' the haka. 2. It's a great tradition, and good for the sport. 3. To what end drowning out the haka when the Aus crowd is mostly silent for the rest of the game? Respect the tradition and save your voices for your team...

    Tri Nations Game 6 - Wallabies vs All Blacks - Saturday 27 August 2011 - 3N2011

Sorry for my multi-posting newsiness, but I agree with thee. How can the Wallabies so completely dominate the first 40, particularly in defence, then come out like meek lambs for the next 25-odd? It's not just annoying to watch, it's annoying to 'feel'. I'm tiring of the Wallabies 'learning...

    Tri Nations Game 6 - Wallabies vs All Blacks - Saturday 27 August 2011 - 3N2011

Great interview piece with Brad Thorn; roughly: Kafer: "It got pretty down and dirty and scrappy in the second half Brad" Thorne: "Mate, for a guy like me it's a dream come true. Unfortunately the backs don't see it that way" Great bloke.

    Tri Nations Game 6 - Wallabies vs All Blacks - Saturday 27 August 2011 - 3N2011

That's fantastic! Very impressed with the boys tonight. Much more so in the first than second half, but great job nonetheless. I can't remember the forwards playing with as much combined assertiveness for almost...oh...exactly 12 years.

Wallabies Number 8 for the RWC

I agree with OP's post re Palu. I'd like to like him, but he fluctuates and is lazy. He should be devastating for his size. My fondest memory of him is the perfectly legit hit he put on the Irish (?) fullback, for which he got 'binned. On current form, I'd pick Samo to start and Higgenbotty to...
