Tough to say score wise but I would say that footscray were the definite winner by a couple. I would say 28-30 blokes suited up for both sides however I noticed footscray had a lot of players that did not dress.
Both teams played a couple of different line ups and the game was REAL loose on...
From what I understand endeavour hills and footscray played a trial on the weekend...both teams were missing players but overall footscray. Scores weren't counted but from what I understand footscray demonstrated a strong scrum and squad. Endeavour hills also showed a few flashes of brilliance...
I disagree rumours circulating that endeavour is poor his year as you have alluded and I have suggested they are on the up. If they touch up footscray then it will indicate they haven't go a backwards and are probably improving. But if footscray give it to them they are at least improving above...

I havent heard anything to ground breaking. Just that they have had some solid pre season numbers of new and old players. With about another 10 or so players expected to come into the fold once the offseason 7s comps around the nation finish.

I have actually heard some positive things out of endeavour hills. Expect them to at the very least consolidate mid table. But I am hearing they look to have a strong 1st grade squad
rumblings in the west say footscray to surprise…a bit of new blood and polishing of rough diamonds.
Whats the word on uni? Has the jump start of northern affected them?
