Based on the current table, if Brumbies win, and The Force don't score 4 tries, nsw will need to win with a bonus point to draw ahead on points. If NSW win but don't score a bonus point, and if the Force don't score a bonus point, then it's even comp points and up to fors and againsts differential.

If the force loose with 2 bonus points (4 tries and behind by 7 or less points) and NSW win with only 1 bonus point, the Force is ahead by one competition point and go through to the final.

If the Force win or lose they can't make the final. It is only whether NSW can win with a bonus point as their points differential will exceed Rebels (if they win by 1 point)

Points differential is now Rebels -14, Waratahs -16 needing a bonus point win. Points differential seems to be circumstantial now because of that.

A win (4 points) plus a bonus point (4 tries) is what they need now. (Above, I was mistaken - thinking a win was 5 points, not 4).

The Rebels got no bonus points today (less than 4 tries and not within 7 points) so NSW only needs to win with 4 tries and score as many points as possible to get a better for and against differential. They then need to win by 3 points to come second.*

What happens if the Perth Ground staff are like a NSW Council and close the grounds due to wet weather?

Match could be abandoned with a 0-0 draw recorded. NSW gain 2 points. Vic finish on 11 points. ACT in 3rd on 9 pts, NSW on 8 pts in 4th place and WA bring up the rear on 4 points.

Regardless, QLD have to be Red hot favourites to take the 2016 title.

God forbid anyone being like NSW councils. I agree that whoever goes through will be massive underdogs to the Reds at Ballymore
