The game stats on ESPN look so one-sided that you'd think the scoreline would have been closer to 59-10. Good scrambling defence by the Tahs and lack of finishing ability from the Rebels kept the score down.

Yes, the defence was good from the Tahs, but everything else was disappointing. The Rebels defence was also good, but the Tahs attack and discapline was lamentable. They were off, but you can expect ups and downs with a young team (See Reds in recent seasons) I'm not all doom and gloom, but after some close losses, I hope they don't drop their heads for the remainder of the season.

Did anyone else see the blatant kick to Matt Philips head by Hanigan at the 20th minute?

Yes, it was a ruck or two after Philip went at the head of a Tah forward on the ground.
