Myself help the oldest laaitie cricket team a few times in the past. Youngest one his hockey team and really enjoy it.

Hockey/poofball/netball aswell in Paarl. Netball is quote popular here. Hockey is 2 men 3 women in each team.

Indoor cricket is good stuff. Tip and run like on the beach. I played a few times and made more runs then the laaities. Not bad for a 50 year old.
