Anyone know what the go is with the Super Rugby team players? Will Waratahs squad members not playing in Super Rugby be released?

Is that 'Rocket' Rod Davis I see playing for the Pirates... didn't know they had him onboard.. last I heard he was in an about the 7's program.

Also great to see Maloney and Ransome involved with the SS Broadcast, if they can go a little easier (or more subtle) with the ads it should be good viewing;

All the 7’s players have been released back to clubs and super rugby. Eg. Henry Hutchison running out for Wicks. Apparently Sam Wykes has turned up at Pirates as well. Might be a smoky this year.

Yeah, saw they released them into the Super Rugby Teams, wasn't aware it extended to Club Level as well. Guess they just need to be playing one way or another. Will be good to have some of that talent sprinkled back in as we're unlikely to see any Super Rugby talent this season, which in a way I don't mind. Never loved seeing the Nick Phipps of the world suddenly parachute in for a final.

Unfortunately, no. He's a lad that was plying his trade up in QLD playing for UQ. Had a run in NRC with QLD Country under Brad Thorn in 2017, and I believe prior to that too... He's from Toowoomba.
