Jono Owen was THP. The backs also dropped a lot of ball, though.

Still, a good showing to be in with a shout at the death.

I guess it is not really fair to single him out but the Rebels had a lot of momentum going into the last 5-10 minutes and those 3 slip ups stalled it for them.

Pyle really needs to correct his running into contact, caught high on many occasions, unable to hit the grass.

How about Neville too, showing some solid run and carry, even a few "show and goes".

I know I've been saying it all year, but Stirzaker really is miles better than Phipps in pretty much every single facet of the game.

The Rebels played really well. The Stormers still have the habit of going to sleep when they lead and will have to be much more physical in the play offs. We havent close to the levels we were during this year but hats off taking the top spot. Two matches away from glory , the semis wont be easy.
