If you want to warm up to diets like this, then my advice is: ditch sugar.
For breakfast have something carb-free e.g. three eggs. Shit - have bacon if you want!
You'll find you don't get hungry during the day, just prop yourself up with water and coffee until dinner, then minimise any form of carbohydrates.
Keep in mind though when Sully says he eats "normally" the other days, he's not going to chuck down five pies and a kilo of donuts
