Only heard about it today when I heard a good friend's former team mate had made the Auckland squad.

I'll be watching for sure.

Will the Bulls still be going with the box kicking game plan for 7s as well?

On a serious note it will make interesting viewing, worth a trip out to Twickers for any G&Gers in the UK

Will this be telecast on Foxsports, or streamed on the IRB website by any chance?

Might not be streamed via the IRB, but might be via BTWorld? More broadcasters still to be announced:

Other broadcasters across the globe will be announced shortly:

Fox Sports will be showing it live: http://ur7s.com/news/2969/fox_sports_acquires_rights_to_broadcast_world_club_sevens_in_australia

Well, at least they have the rights. They had the rights to the IRB Sevens Series, but rarely showed it and if they did it was the finals only.

They almost always showed the final day, I think they only missed once.

I sympathise with them. Who wants to watch the first day, honestly? Highlights are okay, but at the end of the day, if it doesn't rate, they won't show it.

It's an interesting concept with a lot of merit but do they really need 2 Russian Club teams? They must be pushing a bit of money into it.

A couple of US teams in there too. I would have thought another Kiwi team or some Pacific Islander teams might have been worth a shot.
