Too many penalty goals

There are some preconceptions and a bias regarding the points tweak - but the trial is showing that they are largely wrong. Reducing the penalty to 2 is not leading to more infringements, not when the pain from a converted try is now 8 and the infringement also gives away position and advantage, allowing the attacking team to run a set piece etc.

The trial needs to be expanded further and, I think, trialled in Australia ASAP.
