Has anyone had eyes on any Shute shield players that could be currently in the running for a waratahs run? IMO Matty Gonzales from Eastwood should definitely be considered.
Surely if Gonzalez was going to make the step up he would have done it already. This is maybe his tenth year in Shute Shield.Has anyone had eyes on any Shute shield players that could be currently in the running for a waratahs run? IMO Matty Gonzales from Eastwood should definitely be considered.
From the Shute Shield, I guess. Hilterbrand or Sauni maybe?Where do the Tahs find a hooker for next week?

Just going off his performance in the Aussie 7's team, I think he could definitely step up this year.Surely if Gonzalez was going to make the step up he would have done it already. This is maybe his tenth year in Shute Shield.
They better be quick. The Waratahs will no doubt be keen to sign Edmed ASAP, with the unlucky Harrison looking like being out for an extended period due to his badly injured knee.
Thumbs down emoji. Poor kid, his career has been punctuated by injuries. Hopefully he knuckles down, does the rehab and returns.Harrison out for a year.
Fuck me. That sucks.Triple whammy: Australia’s best goal kicker out for a year after horror knee injury

Born in June 1994 so about sat 26 years old. Can have late bloomers so form warrants consideration no reason why he would not be considered at 26. Caveat is not watched him so no idea of his form.Surely if Gonzalez was going to make the step up he would have done it already. This is maybe his tenth year in Shute Shield.
I'm not sure where he would slot in, most likely at 9 or 10 but I've just seen him play in the Aussie 7's games and thought he looked quite good. Off topic from this, does anyone have predictions about what suspension Angus Bell will receive? Surely 6 weeks is a big much for that tackle. Will be interesting to see what happens.Born in June 1994 so about sat 26 years old. Can have late bloomers so form warrants consideration no reason why he would not be considered at 26. With his clean record reduced plea of 3 weeks likely.
