We need a definition of a poach

I think it is generally accepted that a poaching occurs when any top quality player/talent that has any minuscule link to an individuals chosen team plays for another team.

eg- Richie Mccaw was poached from QLD, I have it on good authority that his grandfather once saw QLD on a map when he was at school. therefore he should really be in a Reds shirt but was stolen from us!

QLD is the home of poaching, it comes with the inferiority complex that QLDers are born with
