The Indian Hockey Federation are hosting an IPL style competition for hockey at the end of the year.
It sounds interesting. Well for people who play hockey anyway.

But the real reason for me posting this is that my brother was offered a contract for it and I need to gloat somewhere since I'm pretty damn proud of him right now.

Does he play for the Kookaburras? They are probably Australia's best sporting team at the moment

Nope he didn't quite get that far but did play for NSW in their last AHL championship win.
