Doleman has this very fun habit of calling use it as soon as a ruck is formed, but then seemingly forgetting about it. He's consistent in doing it to both teams, but I'm terrified at some point he's suddenly going to remember how to count to 5 and spin up a penalty for someone

He's particularly bad, but it's not just him - long advantage and leaving things to the tmo is creating too much dead rugby, and that introduces a pretty big player safety risk that the powers that be don't seem to keen to do anything about.
