100% You’re a wise man with wise words Rob.So true, but it's becoming a joke. Scots crowd weren't even allowed to do the "hey hey hey, goodbye" after Shore got given a card. and then there is Kings doing the "... are wankers" and "what do we think of ....? shit!"
We also couldn't even run a little closer to the touch line when the 1s and 2s were celebrating the win, we just had to celebrate 5 metres away, it was like social distancing. Shore couldn't even storm the field when they won their first championship in like 56 years, what a joke.
I'm all for respect between the greatest schools in the southern hemisphere, but there is a line, and singing goodbye or storming the field is not across that. I believe that swearing in chants aimed towards the other school, or booing or disrupting conversions, is across that line.
Teachers need to be given a blanket rule across all schools, as do the boys, so they know what's right and wrong.
Any opinions?

bout 1.2 mil these daysBack in my day of 79', I was signed for 12 beers and two ciggies. How much do we reckon this would be now?
totally agree here gum nutHahahahaha. Are you serious or joking around? Genuine question. This is a GPS forum strictly for talk about GPS schools. If you want talk on Pius please make way to the ISA forum.
Gumnut out.
I don't really understand how team selections work with league players but I'll have a crack as if all AAGPS players were available and healthy.Early GPS 1st 15 teams list predictions?
Does the GPS 1 team take an extended squad for their game? or do GPS 2 players just reserve?I don't really understand how team selections work with league players but I'll have a crack as if all AAGPS players were available and healthy.

The 2nd XV will reserve.Does the GPS 1 team take an extended squad for their game? or do GPS 2 players just reserve?
It will be very interesting to see who plays and who doesn't... With many league teams asking their players to opt out of representative rugby union games, especially with not being able to play past GPS with their contracts.I don't really understand how team selections work with league players but I'll have a crack as if all AAGPS players were available and healthy.

Heard he is a brick wall in defence, would be a great addition.Rumors circulating of Lachlan Mackay-Sim slotting straight into the back row for New. A step up, wondering if he's up to the task.
Cheers, GumNUT, you are always a great helping hand on this forum.I believe a bench gets for the 1s gets selected filled of GPS 2s players. So GPS 2 players reserve.
Gumnut out.
Galligan may be out for up to 8 weeks.I don't really understand how team selections work with league players but I'll have a crack as if all AAGPS players were available and healthy.

agree with this statement, without footy where would we be.Completely agree, Gum Nut; we are all here for the same reason: our love of the game rugby.
Yours Sincerely, Mule Backup
It will be interesting to see how the Shore lineout fares without Galligan's heightGalligan may be out for up to 8 weeks.
mate are you blind u clearly don't know what your talking aboutAny thoughts on Newington U16s number 8 and 2nd XV bench player Hunter Hall? In his limited minutes in the 2nd's he has been an offensive force and on defense he has put on some big shots. Against Joeys he made 2 big breaks through the middle and one massive shot on one of the Joeys forwards in about 15 minutes of play. Might be a chance to start in the near future.

Fingers crossed he comes back earlier...It will be interesting to see how the Shore lineout fares without Galligan's height
I think the Kings hooker deserves to be here, he's very consistent and great for set piece. (Can someone please provide his name)I don't really understand how team selections work with league players but I'll have a crack as if all AAGPS players were available and healthy.
