I massively worry about Schmidt’s legacy eroding. I think Les is a good coach but might not be quite ready to take on an environment where every game is the most important one. Anyway different thread discussion.

it’s not really a trial comp. It was a fully capped game. Against our biggest rivals. And we didn’t show up. Like they haven’t on most of their recent games.

Just trying to not be sky falling in mode. The same as the Tahs aren’t or shouldn’t rate themselves as world beaters after 1 game.

Watching the game I had the feeling that the Reds hearts were never in it - like one too many training runs.
Maybe they thought it was just going to be all too easy. They needed that result - it was a reality check!
