There certainly needs to be some big time changes if we want things to change. Bell has been far better value off the bench this year, I'd start Ross and use Bell's impact in the 2nd half. Frost and Wilson need to be taken out for this game in my opinion, both are currently making way too many mistakes and need to be held accountable at some point

In the backs Lonergan and Thomas need some game time. Jake Gordon has been woeful from a decision making standpoint. If they are going to persist with this narrow attack they really need some line benders so Daugunu deserves a start and JAS needs to be given more space and a run at 15 wouldn't hurt

If Carter Gordon cant go then O'Connor to start with Stewart on the bench. I think we have all seen enough of Tane Edmed

Who's the Irish 10 these days? Do they persist with Prendergast? I've often thought he's quite a similar player to C. Gordon. Both young lopey runners with good passes, high ceilings but can often melt under pressure, in and out of the national team. Would be a fun match up.

I guess like Sua'ali'i they have now invested in Carter and will likely push him. He definitely has some good points and flair although he's not a lock in unless his goal kicking is up to it. Still think Donaldson has yet to peak. Never got a decent crack at starting Tests and dropped for Edmed this tour. Edmed! Mate. Still don't understand Joe's logic there. I reckon we will beat Ireland though. Go get them boys.
Same record different week. Yawn

Crowley was 10 against ABs Dc.

I peripherally am aware of this but have no idea what it means and don't care to interject myself into youth crazes. Let them have their fun. I remember my parents telling me to grow up when I was a teen doing my best WWF/E attitude era "suuuck it"

It means nothing. That’s the gag. It just comes up a lot in conversation which sets the kids off.

Game is cooked if that’s the case.
The game Skelton played in in last week (La Rochelle v Toulon) had 5 x England, a Wallaby, a Springbok, a Samoan, a Fijian, an All Black, and an Irish test player between the two teams, for a game within the test window (the All Black is Ma'a Nonu, so some caveats there)

Carter Gordon showed enough to suggest he is a decent upgrade on any 10 we have seen this year. Unfortunately Paisami was not the best at 12. With Lenny at 12 Gordon should shine with Sualli, Jorgo and eventually Wright outside them. Gordon needs someone who will be on his hip when he makes a break. Jorgo and Pietsch for mine.
We need some beef in the pack to provide some sort of platform otherwise it really does not matter who we have back there.

If we ditch the thousand boring pick and drives going nowhere and give it to Carter so he can do something it would be bloody great! Not sure I'm a big fan of Ikitau joining the pick and drives either. He should be ready to get the ball in the backline or be cutout for Sua'ali'i on the burst.
