Not surprising. Back in 2011 we had to "escort" a Shore father out of Newington after he called one of the Tongan boys an"black c&%t"
Disgraceful. In this day and age. There is no place for "those" sort of people in our game.

Yes that is correct, rightfully so for throwing punchesHe did, however, say "shoulder charge" about that penalty. He was biased, I definitely admit, but he did send one Shore player to the bin and one player off
Its funny at the end of the game when the shore boys thought they had a good win when the penalty count was about 30 to 3 in their favour
I'd like to congratulate the boys of the Newington First XV on their victory today. It shows the tremendous spirit and cameraderie which exists in this special group of boys. To defeat a champion team like Scots on their home ground is an amazing performance.
Kings 48 - Joeys 31.
Edited outsomeone give me the initials of the ref - I'm sure i know who it is just from the descriptions
GI
Don't mention his name if you know it
http://www.shore.nsw.edu.au/<snip>. Does anyone know where i can find contact details of the school?
Steve Walsh was not the ref at Scots today....Yes, but Steve Walsh thrives on being the centre of attention - no TV cameras at Bellevue Hill. It's a pity, because if not for his personality, he has all the attributes to be the no 1 referee in the world. Somewhat ironic that the only thing preventing this is his desire for everyone to know how good he is at every possible moment.

He wasn't at Coogee Oval either. Maybe he pulled a hammy rather than demean himself at a schoolboy game.Love it!!!!!
Must say newington crowd was big . So any insinuations that no school spirit were wrong today. Lot of former wallabies in crowd. Not a big surprise I know.
But phil kearns looks way too good for a former front rower. I know he is the master networker, but reckon he is on some magical peptide . Sorry just jealous
Dead cat bounce HJ?That is a surprise. Most of the Joeys squad are competent footballers. Conceding 40 points once is a mistake or bad day at the office that we all have from time to time, twice is alarming, three times..
If this was the Wobs... I wouldn't want to be the coach. Still reckon that the cerise/pink boys can bounce back.
Are you hoping for an gong in the Australia Day Honours list - or perhaps deificationCan we move on from referee complaints?
IMHO you will get better results from contacting the schools (MIC Rugby or Headmaster) directly via the website contact details. Complaining on these forums will not change anything, and detracts from the general banter about the game and the various boys performances.
