Experimental Laws to Promote Try-scoring Rugby in new NRC

thanks braveheart. see your point. any laws can't fatigue players too much. a goldilocks zone would be best. what is the average playing time for a super rugby game? 40min? would 10 min more playing time than a super rugby match be an unrealistic goal? 100min total game time in total...

clock stoppages. with omar's revelation about play time. agree with you bh. address stoppages. playing devil's advocate on that one. how long is a reasonable time for players and fans to be on the field. could creep up to over 120 minutes. on the other nrc thread. someone suggested a countdown...

i think you hit the nail on the head. not all teams actually want to play try-scoring rugby. penalty fests ensue. an afl state booing kicking. i'd like to see that. :D

    National Rugby Championship 2014

for simplicity you make a good point rugbyfuture. 2 pts all kicks over the cross bar. i'd still look at 6 pts for a try. short arm not so controversial. move the game along. keep momentum with attacking team. another stick against infringing tactics. the more sticks the better. they have to...
