I guess that means that from now on if a player gets 2yellows during the early part of the season he will purposely cop another in order to get a clean slate and be right for the finals

Even guys like Leber, and again no disrespect...what position is he earmarked for. He has played 13 for much of the season and found it difficult. If as a loosie, then how is his form gauged in that he hasn't played there consistently.

Hmmm...and we used to be critical of Brad Harris but at least his sides were in the top 2. Lets go through the Vikings: Andrew Robinson- A standout...well deserved Ben Hyne- No problem here Darcy Swain- dito Dean Oakman-Hunt- Played mainly 2nds while should have been in 1st grade. Obviously...

I predict the Vikings will get a flood of fatties next year from aspiring front rowers from all over the country, who have visited this thread.

Pretty spot on Macka. I got to watch Colts and 2nds also for the 1st time this year. What wasn't mentioned was that Gungahlin used a pretty significant wind in the 1st half which appeared to largely die off at the change. Their scrum absolutely dominated and considering 2/3 of Tuggers front row...

Yeah Istanbul, finals are are a different beast. From memory however, Royals brumbies seemed to have a way bigger influence than Tuggers brumbies when they met 1st up. Not that I've seen a lot of games this year, but Royals seem to have an overall consistency and confidence that the Vikings...

Yeah...and Gungahlins chances of making the four will have lengthened. How was Noa going No8?

yeah I agree that both the heavyweights look a little more vulnerable...but I think they will still have to much class. Tuggers by 12-15 Royals by 15-20 Uni by 25-30 Interesting battle for 3rd and 4th. Whites have Easts, bye and Wests. Gungahlin and Wests however, have a tough road playing...
