I know that the teams are having trials over the next few weekends (ie. Brumbies U20 v Force U20 this weekend in Canberra and I think next week also.) I understand that the potential players are also a bit in the dark about things.

School HoR advised that it is weighted, with the weighting bias towards the opens and reducing down to 13A's. Interestingly I asked a few times about the specifics (ie. Is, for example, the 1st XV weighted at 50% or 20%), but never got a good response. Perhaps that detail is yet to be worked...
