From someone who is involved in a Division 2 club, we have not heard anything of Hills or Epping not fielding a colts side. Neither has it been mentioned that Knox will be in their place. I don't particularly care if its Knox, Epping or a reformed Balmain, as long as they get the teams on the park!

If you play for Lindfield or Hills, it appears that the rules are different.

Why is there such a big gap in division 2 between the top few and the rest. Division 2 was famous for always a tightly contested competition, where any side could beat anyone on its day.
