So how many boys really end up playing for their country that played 1st XV for their GPS school that was on a bursary. Not many at all. I have seen and know boys on bursaries at various schools, good luck to them and their parents. Some of these boys end up doing pathways and spending...

Joey's are leading the 2nd's and 3rd's comp outright, the worst they can do is joint premiers if they loose. And Joey's 1st XV a close 3rd behind New & Scots. Anyway well done to Joey's rugby.

7x opens could run 8 at a pinch ,6 x16s again with many reserves 3x 15s(Glengarry year),7x14s and 6x13s again with many reserves. Crowds are pretty good this year ,as you would know if you came to a game rather that spew forth the populace view I stand corrected on Scots rugby player...

I think rugby in GPS is in trouble. We have seen NRL clubs like Melbourne & Broncos win for years after fixing the salary cap scheme only being discovered years later after being audited. The games I have watched for example vs Newington over the years just keeps getting smaller and smaller...

Easily across the board Joeys is the strongest rugby school bar the 1st's. In saying that Joeys 1st's are a very good side being 3rd on the table 1 win behind the leaders Newington & Scots. The 2nds leading the comp by 2 wins by themselves. And the 3rds are tied first place with Joeys...

I noticed the same thing, 2nds and every B side winning, and a varying degree of results across the board below the top levels of each age group. Statistically speaking throw it in a pivot table and away you go it will come up parachutes.

The Scots balcony costs $80 p/h, nothing worse than breaking $100 note...... the change is those damn pesky $20 notes which are like copper coins to scots balcony dwellers :) Nothing wrong with being down with the hoards.

I was at Scots on Saturday and funnily enough the fixtures program didn't have the usual 20-30 company sponsors on the back page as it was void of them......... and the programs were rarer than hen's teeth. I have no problem with kids being on bursary at Scots for rugby and I know a few...

Scots were deserving winners on the day with just an outstanding team, their no.11 was tuff as and made many breaks through the Shore line. The Scots schoolboy spectators showed alarmingly very poor sportsmanship on the eastern side of the ground and were basically just bad winners. The Scots...
