Dammers took a team that made the grand final in 2013 and turned it into a team that missed the finals in both years he was in charge. 2015 GPS won 6/16 and this year won 7/16. Not good enough and thank god change has occurred! Year before Byron took over, Wests won 9/18. Byron's first year...
