agree, MT, I also think we need a coach with a big carrot and a short sharp stick. I like Les, he did a good job with the Tahs as D coach. I have noted over the last 20 years a pattern in our performances v time with a coach. The longer the coach is in charge, a decline starts, and then we get a new coach and it starts all over again. No idea why, it just seems to happen consistently.

The forwards need to up the ante a lot. Then our backs may look better.
