I understand sides might be reluctant being mid season and injuries can quickly pile up but I'd like to see a loan system in place.
If you have a guy getting limited minutes at a side but you want them getting experience.

Yeh it’s amazing we don’t have one in super rugby, particularly when you consider we have a number of very specialist positions (halfback, prop and hooker) where some teams end up with a stockpile and others are calling up blokes from club reserves.

I'm guessing the Super rugby teams aren't particularly interested in an opposition player knowing all their lineout calls, defensive structures, backline moves etc etc

I half get that. Teams at this level already know calls and what you're going to try in a certain position on the field. At least the good ones do.
It's about execution not secrecy. Look at every lineout within 5m of the try line. Simplistic example yes but the Reds and Brums execute it well and others aren't.
Think there are far more positives to be gained in regards to teams performance and player development for the individual and national interest than any calls getting out. If a team don't want to get a loan player that totally fine but others would definitely pick up the phone.

Hear me out on this out there idea to solve this......
But, what if, when you play that team, you use fruits instead of colours and say Cheetahs when its the forwards ball instead of "rhino, rhinoes"....

Puts the Force in a tough spot. Recruitment is normal but now its necessary.
A lot of young talent in the squad but none feel ready to start or should be thrown into it to be exposed. O'Donnell, Leahy need to be brought through right. Leahy looked really good for Sydney Uni on the weekend.

Kuenzle is the one I'd look at, but I don't really rate what I've seen from Poolman.
I imagine there will be a lot interest in Daugunu and Ripley now, depending on what happens with the rebels. Further afield Guy Porter has been looking to come back to Australia, I imagine the Force will be chasing him alongside the tahs.

I agree re Poolman. He was a development prospect who I think has seen enough. 1st grader.
Kuenzle gives them an immediate plug & play but not a team improvement. Porter would be interesting. Get him and Potter back together like its Sydney Uni 2019. I'd say Harry Wilson is another option as he seems to have fallen out of the Tahs pecking order.
Probably some kiwi floating around in Europe/Japan they'll throw cash at like Kahui.

Poolman is poor. I don't see it either. Henry O'Donnell and Harry Potter both solid options at 13. I'd back O'Donnell there.
Porter is great, but I think the Force might be better placed backing some of their promising young outside backs coming through (e.g. Tipene Grace, Ryan McGloin, Ronan Leahy, Tian Toufan), and spending their bucks upfront.

O’Donnell the long term option but I can imagine Cron needs a win now team going into next year if they don’t get a handful on wins on the back end of this season.
Force Academy is stocking up on talent with the likes of Fakafunua joining last year who was arguably the best on ground in the NSW v QLD games. These guys are at best 2 years off being effective but more likely 3-4.
I would pick O’Donnel myself with Donaldson, Stewart, Potter around him to steady it.
