I’m not sure how the Reds progress forward outside of recruiting. Maybe a bigger focus on putting on some size this off season.

Reds rolling out their primary schools program to more regions:

Queensland Rugby Union Expands Primary School Programs with Queensland Government Support

As part of this expansion, regions including Innisfail, Burdekin, Capricorn Coast, Fraser Coast, South Burnett and Goondiwindi will benefit from Play Rugby programs designed to introduce more children to the game.

The programs will include training and accreditation opportunities for coaches and match officials, enabling the delivery of inter-school carnivals at the primary school level.

 Sports Minister Tim Mander today announced the Play Rugby program beside QRU Chief Executive David Hanham at Ballymore Stadium.

Great to see more effort, time and money being put into these programs.
