Yeah it increases the management costs though, which is part of the sell/appeal at the moment as some of these costs are forgone by those managing the funds supporting it. If you lower the minimum investment this might cause them to reassess whether they can carry the forgone management costs25 investors for $20 million is fewer people than I would have thought, but a significantly higher average investment. This has huge potential, way above $100 million. Would be great if they could lower the minimum investment or get it as an option into some of the super funds. Even without that surely there'd be hundreds if not thousands of dyed in the wool rugby people with large investment portfolios and self-managed super funds who might consider putting a few % into this. It's a totally reasonable and diversified investment option that will get a decent return while also supporting the sport.
Sounds like it’s over 100mil windfall though.it states they’ll clear debt with $50million surplus, but the debt stands at $64million so they’ll be $14million short. Still a massive improvement, but numbers aren’t stacking up.

Projected to get 100mil sounds like it exceeded that by a fair bit.
To me we just need all OS players available for the RC and spring tour to give us the best chance at banking wins to improve our wc pool seedings. Then I’d be happy to select mainly contracted players. Our coaches never picked any Giteau eligible OS players even when there were plenty of them, are they really going to start picking more OS players now without a Giteau rule?
