    Highlanders V Rebels - Sat 20th @2:35

Both teams had plenty of opportunity to lose that game, the Rebels just took their chances. That being said, I really object to the game being decided in the manner it was.

    Highlanders V Rebels - Sat 20th @2:35

Hardwick's tackle was legal and he was hit with a neck roll ... says everything you need to know about Williams reffing.

How can you be sure about that?

    WA Premier Grade 2023

I heard that was the maximum ban under World Rugby guidelines.

    Chiefs v Reds 5.05pm Friday 12/05 - New Plymouth

It was a very pleasant surprise to read about the result while waiting for the Force/Drua game to start last night. Congrats to the Reds and their supporters, I'm very much looking forward to watching the replay over the weekend.

    Crusaders v Force 06/05/2023

I'm sure geography is an issue, but in fairness the Force only got a multi-year participation agreement last year so it was difficult to plan longer term. They are a young team with a few experienced players, whose depth is being tested and who have played 8 of the first 11 games on the road...

He didn't suggest they might be bent.

W9: Force v Highlanders, HBF Park Saturday 22 April

I wondered the same on the night but I don’t think so, the injuries were just unfortunate accidents. It was the first game on the new hybrid synthetic surface installed for the Women‘s Football World Cup and it at half time there was a lot of maintenance going on.

    Force 2023

It is a reasonable question. There has been no explanation as to how the incident was missed, which leaves only one alternative: they saw it but chose to ignore it. It is one or the other.

W9: Force v Highlanders, HBF Park Saturday 22 April

A replacement hooker who played a blinder as it turns out. So no, he did the right thing taking off a tiring player who had given his all, and replaced him with a fresh player who gave his all.

    Western Force 2024

The Force is a relatively young team, and when senior players are injured you go with what makes sense at the time.

Brumbies v Waratahs, Sat 1st April, GIO

I've noticed a lot of "flat" (to be generous) passes being let go, except where they have resulted in a line break. I think that is reasonable given the desire to speed up play and favour the attacking team.

    Force 2023

Yes. I've attended several training sessions and the intensity and attention to detail is the standout difference to me. It will take time to translate into consistent results on the field (especially with a young squad and few star players) but I can already see the changes starting to happen.

    Force 2023

Also a potentially large supporter base due to the significant Kiwi, PI, UK and South African migrants populations in Perth. Not only will they come onboard if the team shows sustained success but their offspring will become rusted on supporters and local players in time.

Blues vs Force, Sun Mar 26th. Eden Park.

Same reason Kiwi teams are full of Islanders.
