Proof that talent only gets you so far

To be honest I don’t think View will care where they beat them. Many were outraged they gave up their home ground advantage against Joeys but the boys just focused on the task at hand knowing they had to earn it. Could be a lesson for others.

I agree with you that View have played very well this year but I disagree that they've exceeded expectations. Alot of people forget that when this year 12 group were in the U16s they were undefeated against all GPS schools except for Newington who they didn't play because of Covid. Yes schools...

Agree with the comments but also worth noting View already beaten Joeys ‘away’. Joeys No. 1 not a particularly intimidating venue and while always tough to win there, that is more a reflection on the opposition. Will be a cracker with plenty to play for.

All good but to be fair @Goosestep was pretty outraged that only Riverview‘s crest was on the field noting ‘this never happens at HH’ - perhaps like a number of other observations in the rant this actually wasn’t correct

Maybe obscured in this shot but where did they put the Kings crest on the field at Hunters Hill yesterday @Goosestep?
