How many of the Joeys 2nds are Year 11 and/or could be 16A’s

After the 2022 Joeys 15A averaged 42-6 in the comp games and so many of that team blooded early into the 1sts and 2nds in 2023. I expect Joeys to dominate 2024 (and 2025 for that matter) Matt Gough to star for Joeys and play reps

So long as you have a good pair of binoculars it’s great viewing rugby at Riverview ….. In fact Riverview is so good to watch rugby ….. they play at Leichhardt Oval …… ???

Great player and better bloke, Dad played with both Thornett brothers. John with Waratahs/Wallabies and later his brother at the Roosters. The eldest Thornett was also a Kangaroo too. I think one of them represented Australia at Olympics in Water Polo. Mind blowing athletic talent in one family.

Remember that they picked Joseph Sua’ali’i in Australian Schoolboys, and you’d think those good experiences helped rugbys chances of getting those kids back. Treat them poorly and you’ll never see them again, if we’re to ever win again we need the future NRL‘s players like Luke Keary, Tepai...

Joeys also had a disallowed try that he scored, he said he lost it. But refs don’t get video help unfortunately I thought the ref had a great game otherwise

Riverview very very lucky to get a win. Joeys will belt them by a margin in the return clash with returning troops.

Joeys were often asked to play before Wallabies games in the 90’s, they’d never give up a chance to play on SJC No.1
