What is this crap about losing weight? He could probably drop about 5 kilos, the rest is the reason why he is such an imposing player. He's never going to be a good line out option so chuck him at 8 lose that 5kg and bust arse all around the park

I just want him on the field, tif that's what it takes then play him at fullback...

Not like Fonua... you get what I mean surely: how they use Fonua. Skelton's got a far bigger engine than him anyway. It's all fine to be armchair critics I suppose, this is all hypothetical

My logic stems from the thought that when Skelton comes on a reliable lineout option (usually a lineout specialist) is sacrificed. However No.8 isn't a typical jumping position but still an option. You want him on the field making an impact, working hard as he does, use Opeti Fonua as an example

I said similar in the wallabies post, Bear with me. Skelton is not a lock by definition: no hope in a lineout, not so great scrum but he is absolutely devastating in open play. It would be worth a crack at No.8 as he fits the bill perfectly:strong running option, bone crunching tackler, perilous...

Wallaby 31 players for 2015 RWC

Bear with me. Skelton is not a lock by definition: no hope in a lineout, not so great scrum but he is absolutely devastating in open play. It would be worth a crack at No.8 as he fits the bill perfectly:strong running option, bone crunching tackler, perilous cleanouts etc. Palu won't last...

I'm sorry but that is a croc of shit. last year at the Scots v Newington game at Bellvue hill the Scots boys showed a dreadful display taunting the kicker Joey Lussick at every coversion attempt. At one point they began to sound all the car horns and rev their motorbikes to try and put him off...

Having 1sts teams play 3rds teams is a bit out of order, I do love how people live and die by the grammar 1sts results when they aren't really 1's. They should at least be in the seconds comp

What a Flog! politics has nothing to do with it, view beat New through the back line, News forward pack were the better of the two. Vuni and Matt Serhon are the obvious choices, Liamani is just as competitive for the spot as any other loosehead in the GPS

    NSW AAGPS Rugby 2014

Riverview won the game through linebreaks in the back line and good co-ordination through the outside backs, Newington's points came from a strong forward pack

    Reds 2015

I'd like to see the reds put some meat in their pack, they need their own Skelton

Newington may have 'pipped' Joey's in the final minutes of the game but Joeys only managed to stay in the game with the boot. A couple of badly placed conversions set New behind but they were the dominant team throughout the match.

repeat offence? no, that was one tackle he made which was ambiguously high, Tepai Moroea and Taane Milne both get penalised for simply making hard tackles not high tackles, it gets tedious after a while

    NSW AAGPS Rugby 2013

the major disgrace in the Newington Scots game was the behaviour of scots old boys as joey lussic attempted to kick a deciding penalty 10 minutes from full time. the previous kicks were respected by total silence, the scots old boys screamed and tortured the engine of a motorbike to break the...
