True. The same for Pocock, whether he stays in Perth or comes to the Brumbies, he remains a champion player and a great Wallaby.

The key is the coach. Put in someone with a good rugby brain and good things will follow. Then the club has to stay behind the the coach when he takes the hard decisions. That will weed out the pretenders.
