    Western Force 2017

The worry with Blackadder would be how he he'd go outside of the Crusaders' unique environment. It might go all a bit Robbie Deans

    Brumbies 2017

According to the first page of this thread Makin is signed up for next season. I guess Abel will be the 3rd hooker?

Wallabies vs England, Sydney, 3rd Test, 25 June @ 8:00pm

Or you could play Gits at 10 and To'omua at 12 (not necessarily advocating this but it could be an option).

    Rebels 2017

WA raised/schooled I think. According to Wikipedia he was born in Durban

    Brumbies 2016

Ben Hyne is the other name that's been mentioned - I guess he might cover 6/8, with Butler moving to 7 if Wells goes off

    Brumbies 2016

So Smiler has done his knee, who's going to play in the back row now? Butler to stay at 8 and Wells in to 7?

    Western Force 2017

Didn't Lancaster have the poms playing a reasonably attractive brand of rugby before he lost his bottle at the RWC and switched to a more conservative strategy? And I don't recall too much scintillating back play when Fisher was head coach of the Brumbies. Weren't they the days when Ben...

    Reds 2017

Perhaps they'll be announcing a new major sponsor too - the "Depend Queensland Reds" has a certain ring too it
  9. MarkJ

    Reds 2017

So what's the sudden attraction of the Reds? Have players been tipped off about the new coach? Or have the Reds been taking some salary cap management lessons from the Broncos?

    Brumbies 2016

So I guess Powell, Ala'alatoa & Carter are staying home on standby in case of injuries to the test team?

Wallabies v England, Sat 11th June, 8.00pm, Suncorp Brisbane

Or Leah if it's a girl

    Waratahs 2016

Though I think there may be an exemption if enough players are injured. Someone's probably lining up Ta'avao's knee with a crowbar as we speak

    The Wallabies Thread

I'd have Alexander behind Ruan Smith and Makin at the Brumbies now, so surely there must be someone that's a better bench option for the Wallabies?

    The Wallabies Thread

According to the stats above Kerevi has 2 lineout catches - so there's your answer - play him in the second row

    Waratahs 2016

Cometh the hour, cometh the man.

Highlanders v Brumbies - Super Rugby Round 10

I'm guessing the bench 9 is being regularly swapped so they both get some actual game time in club rugby.

Highlanders v Brumbies - Super Rugby Round 10

Alexander doesn't even make the bench. Staniforth gets rewarded for his good form. And only two backs on the bench. Allan Ala'alatoa Josh Mann-Rea Ruan Smith Tom Staniforth Sam Carter Scott Fardy David Pocock Jarrad Butler Tomás Cubelli Christian Lealiifano (c) Robbie Coleman Matt To'omua Tevita...

    Rebels 2016

It's a cracking read. A huge, roller coaster of a novel in four hundred sizzling chapters. A searing indictment of domestic servitude in the eighteenth century, with some hot gypsies thrown in.

Rebels v Cheetahs, 22 April @ AAMI Park

Not sure what your beef with Cully is. I'd rate him as probably the best rugby journo in the oz press (admittedly there's not much competition)

Brumbies v Crusaders Super Rugby Round 9

Do the majority of fans give a stuff about what's happening with the board? I reckon a large chunk would be blissfully unaware. If there's a poor crowd on Sunday I reckon it will have more to do with it being a long weekend, with people going to the coast etc
