Joeys vs Scots: A lot of people are thinking that Scots could pull of an upset win, however I don't think the boys from Hunters Hill will come unprepared. With losses going to Scots(favourites) and Riverview early in the GPS season, I think Joeys will want to send a message to Newington and...

I agree, Piroddi a state representative going up against Brown will be a very interesting clash to watch unfold. Not only this but the Mannix and Piroddi duo will be a very interesting combination which should cause some for the Kings forwards. How are both teams looking in the back line?

I was under the impression that the winners of the 16A's competition receive a shield. Isn't there a GPS 16s team(s) as well?

Am I right in saying that the only other competition apart from 1s, 2s and 3s is the 16A's?

The Newington crowd was pretty impressive at the Scots game. Joeys and Kings usually put up a good crowd at away games mainly due to both schools being predominantly boarding schools.

As much as I hate to say it, I think Shore will be picking up the wooden spoon this year. They've come up against Joeys and Kings which are both tough teams this year, but I still think that they don't have what it takes to inflict any major damage. That's just my opinion however, what are other...

New vs Kings: I think this will be a blockbuster; both teams undefeated, both teams wanting to prove that they mean business. I have New to win by a try. Shore vs Riverview: I have Riverview to beat Shore by at least 20, hopefully View can find some form. Joeys vs Scots: An interesting...

Newington College V The Scots College Round 1 Scots who were expected to have a comfortable win, had an upset loss last week against a formidable Kings side. Newington who played Riverview last week, was expected to be a close match, however a second half display of skill and execution meant...
