One of the coaches said that the Grammar boys were quite restless after the bus trip there. Seemed as though they slept as late as midnight! Despite having an early wake up the next morning. Don't know if this was a factor but Grammar definitely weren't able to play to their full potential

Just wondering, has anyone been watching Oscar Halbmeyer play recently? Really keen to see how he does this season returning from a broken toe.

I think it was before but he seems to have regained full ROM of his knee through the effective use of PNF and dynamic flexibility exercises in rehab.
