Nope. Incorrect, in 16as Waves beat View twice, which at the sharp end of an age group counts, this year there would be absolutely no doubt. eg, this year in the 1s, View beat Kings 12-10, Waves beat Kings 53-22, Knox beat View, Waves beat Knox 38-14. You are delusional.

Timmy, give it up, you have NO idea! Keep studying my man, it's Waverley.

BC, I suspect and trust that you are smarter than this comment. Having grown with all these CAS age teams throughout the years nearly all are the same, now bar 1. Please don't come on the scene and project to know everything about the CAS, suspect/know there are many GPS schools who have led...

Timmy, you are VERY wrong re Waverley, this team has been together for many years, so don't try to blow it off so easily, and make it up to suit your purpose, it's a real shame View won't be playing the Waves for once, if you ask your View team members, they will probably set you straight...

Well then state something that's smart, and not already known by everyone, and not so clearly biased. Otherwise it will be wabbit season at QP.

Wabbits, I suspect you know who I am, please stop this rubbish, it's embarrassing. P.S. check your spelling it is poor.

Hi H, My choice for 13 is Aaron D.(w). He was out when the Waves played Oakhill so not sure if you have seen him. Pretty sure he will be 13.

Agree Axe and Flav, There will definitely be a mix of schools, always has been and probably always will be. I believe there are 6 Waves certs, some obvious Barker boys 3 certs I can see could be more, Knox 1 cert could be more, Cranbrook 2 and Trinity 1 cert, leaving 2 spots. IMO. However...

Yep Rod, I am probably sure that the current gen blue process has identified most of the best but it just makes it very difficult for the bolter, and in the old National comp process there was always a few. Particularly from less visible locations like the ACT.

Spot on Rod, Agree with all that, especially the fact that all the CAS and GPS teams haven't played each other. Thus my point about selections being preordained.

Rod, as you well know, it's not quite as easy as that! If your team has no ball, is constantly going backwards, good luck shinning. Let's see when they all play against the Waves!

I will use as logical an argument as possible, a la Snort, in relation to the 1st CAS team. Not sure Colonel and Rucklover what teams you have seen Aloys play this year, but given the Aloys preseason sounds like no very strong teams. I confess I have not seen Aloys this year, but did last...

Axe, you would know, sounds very logical to me, but not sure if bench players are allowed fresh or if they are the 2s on the bench. I guess either way it is stills works, nice problem to have!

Agreed Handspank, nothing like a kick in the p... I am no expert but believe Smith is the best technical prop running around, a big factor as to why the Waves scrum is so strong. The other 2 props discussed appear to play more of a running game, so I believe that is the reason why 1 of these...

Wouldn't be surprised if Walton (C) is the no 9 in the 2nds.

Yes I know Snort, that's why I said it was 1 game at a time. 1 obvious observation that will I make is that defense significantly helps to win games, read into last weeks games as you will. I also trust that you realize shortly you will need to come down off the fence, avoid splinters at all...
