Kris Larosa #12 for GT 1st XV is definitely in contention if any of you saw him play NC on the weekend you would see why, great defence controlled Jack Tuttle who is arguably the best player in GPS

depends on a players position. 7's helps to evolve flankers, centers and fullbacks. Gunn would kill it in 7's!

    QLD GPS Rugby 2012

Tom Given received a shoulder injury in QLD trials and I believe that he is able to play on it but they didn't want to take the risk with him being probably the best goal kicker in the competition. Terrace has a bye the coming weekend and I would imagine that he will be tested again along with a...

    QLD GPS Rugby 2012

woops I thought they were playing State High. good job from the light dark blue but the BBC team isn't what it was a few weeks ago. Today they would have been missing Lolo Fakioselia, Tom Banks, Josh Bowen, Gareth Kallell and Brayden Hood. Without those players they arnt as good a team that put...

also Nudgee suffered 2 serious injuries. The first was what looked like a broken collarbone to #4 (not sure of name) and #1 Dylan Sikimeti who came off late in the game and couldn't put any weight on his knee didn't look in good shape. Hope the best for these players in speedy recovery

    QLD GPS Rugby 2012

yes terrace put up a great fight and unfortunately couldn't turn a few opportunities into points but that's the same for nudgee. Nudgee were definitely the better team (need to work on ball handling about 15 knock ons). IMO player of the match was GT #12 Kris Lorosa who shut Tuttle down and...

these BBC injuries keep adding up and its not a good sign for the beginning of their season, could still do some damage towards he end of the season when some players return, causing some upsets for so-far successful teams

    QLD GPS Rugby 2012

yes that is correct they brought him into grade 11 from victoria after playing in last years 16's tournament, great rugby player if he learnt to pass abit more i could see him going very far next year, Australian Schoolboys is definitely in his reach

any predictions on results from GT v NC this weekend keeping in mind Tuttle and Sikimeti will probably be rested because they play a full game against Tongan Schoolboys on Wednesday or Thursday. My prediction is NC by 17

    QLD GPS Rugby 2012

great post mate. Another advantage for terrace is that their home games are against ACGS NC TSS BGS and IGS this will work to their advantage as from previous results home field advantage is real. I'm not implying that this mean GT will win these games but will definitely be a strong advantage...
