You're right, we should protect Div 1 from those savages in the lower divisions. Next year lets run a hunger games for the Div 1 clubs made up of those pesky lower divisions.

Sending teams to Div 1 who have no business being there solves nothing, apart from destroying them. The obvious solution is to bring Div 1 back to 8 teams, and actually raise the standard of Div 2 by having more good clubs there.

Agree, Lindfield just too committed. Hills look talented, but just can't get out of their own way.

Clubs can only work with what they have unfortunately. All they have is the standard of players and coaches that walk through the door. Player numbers are dropping, and the demands of normal life means the coaches arent able to be as dedicated as they might have previously been.
