Not necessarily. If the touchy's report and the ref's report do not match up and there are no visible injuries on the victim then the case can thrown out as inconclusive. It has happened with our club before.

Oatley 3rd Grade have been strong for a few years - bunch of guys that turn up and play on Saturday but don't train. Not sure if it's the same group but sounds like them. in 2016 their 2nd Grade finished near the bottom last year as did their 1st Grade.
