    The Moana Pasifika Franchise

Do we think there are going to be many players selected who are elgiible for Tonga/Samoa but havn't already been capped? Quite a few guys got caps in the Winter. I know there havn't been many but everyone so far is either already captured or ineligible.

    Wallabies v Japan, Oita - 23 October, 3:45pm AEDT

Perese by his own admission may not be in a position phyiscally to plan in Japan.

    Wallabies 2021

Mainly would call Sio now (even though Rennie said he won't), because we are super skinny on props in europe. Maybe sam talakai can join on from japan.

    Wallabies 2021

Sio has only been outside the squad for a week, he could fly straight to europe. 5 props for 4 games is a risk. I think Morohan would be a good replacement for Wright or Kellaway, but need fiji power for fiji power. It's not just about wings, it's about skill sets and strengths.

    Wallabies 2021

I do hope now we see a Naivalu or Naiyaravoro join the squad over there. Prop wise they are down to 5, perhaps they will call in Sio and Robertson can focus on being the 3rd string THP.

    Wallabies 2021

I would normally find that funny, but we already know Kerevi isn't playing, so I've gone to my dark place of assuming you haven't read many headlines at all and should read more. It's been one of those days.

    Reds 2022

Or Hoops who will still be 33 when the Lions are here and completely plausible to be in selection frame

    Wallabies 2021

I think we will see an all Reds 9/10/12 for Japan

    The Moana Pasifika Franchise

Jeez. I was angling at ones running around NPC trying to crack Super Rugby, not lads on a million pounds in the premiership! He would have to REALLY want to come home.

    The Moana Pasifika Franchise

Could be a chance for ex Abs, like Naholo, Milne-Skudder, Ranger etc....though tbh I don't know who etc would be.

    Rebels 2022

How many flankers do you need?! 6 fulltimes in: Kemeny, Leota, Lolesio, Wells, Hardwick & Wilkins 4 developing in: Haisila, Hough, Nuibalavu and Ioane I guess it's nice to have wallis familiar with structures if Hardwick or Wilkins need replacement due to major injury.

    Wallabies 2021

Just like with mcmahon kerevi and quade, Rennie likes to give guys time to get to know their systems. They will have 2 weeks in the UK prior to Scotland game, that may be enough, but Rennie just publicised that he won't play all 3 of the French boys v Scotland.

    Wallabies 2021

My dream wallaby tour XV, hopefully see it for the last game once they've gotten more comfortable with the structures. 1. Slipper 2. Latu 3. Tupou 4. Arnold 5. Skelton 6. Swinton 8. Valetini 7. Hoops 9. White 10. Quade 11. Koroibete 12. Kerevi 13. Ikitau 14. Kellaway 15. Hodge 16. Fainga'a 17...

    Wallabies 2021

Also the younger then arnold and skelton. In 2020 after the giteau law exemption, Rennie tried to get Arnold but he got injured, so he wanted Coleman but he got surgery, so he settled on Simmons. If you were to run out the top 4 aus locks tomorrow I think they would be Arnold, Skelton, Rodda &...

    Brumbies 2022

CFS is a good shout for a 13 backup and hard hitting wing backup for kata. Nicely done.

    Waratahs 2022

N New article (SMH paywall) mentions Coleman hit a lot of dead ends in his pursuit of a proper lock.

    Waratahs 2022

Jeez so now its what LHP: Bell, Brown THP: Smith, Holz, Tauakipulu Both: Faulkner & HJH (Harry Johnson-Holmes) It is safe to say with Tauakipulu retained and Holz recruited that Breen is still academy or released?

    Waratahs 2022

For a team that really wants a big tall strong go forward lock, they keep missing the mark a bit.... Out of the 6, Caird is still the biggest and several of them are very small for Professional locks.
  20. upthereds#!

    Waratahs 2022

With 5 locks already on the books, plus 6/7 backrowers, PLUS Hanigan, I doubt they have the player or salary cap space to warrant another body in that space.
