Syndesmosis injuries are very nasty LG; rule of thumb is 6 weeks minimum! Anything that is considered a grade 2 tear is 8 weeks! After that surgery (which usually involves 18-26 weeks). Best of luck to the lad, he will certainly need it!

Whatever, IMO i think it is more a case of those 'dual codies' who are actually talented rugby players at the U/16 level are enticed to stay with league and never return! A recent example for me was a lad called Michael Morgan who was the only CCC rep who made the U/16 NSWSRU team last year...

Poor lad! But your right mum he should make the SJRU side and then hopefully the NSWJRU side for nationals I am assuming that there are only going to be two teams from NSW attending nationals this this year; NSWSRU and NSWJRU. Am I correct? Or is it still going to be SJRU CJRU and NSWSRU?
