http://www.dailyadvertiser.com.au/story/4387033/bulls-lose-manuolevao/?cs=149 Not good news for the Bulls, all the best in the Berra Tino. His impact on the zone has been significant and I'm sure he will have a similar impact in Canberra. Coaches for Tumut confirmed above, great to see the...

Not sure about Tumut but have heard that CSU are still in the hunt, also Griffith. I think you'll see a change at the Steamers also due to work commitments. Expect a back to the future approach on the border with an accomplished coach coming back on board.

Congrats to Angus Allen from West's via Leeton who has been selected in the Brumbies Under 20's squad for 2017. Not a bad Chrissy present. https://www.brumbies.com.au/2016/12/brumbies-u20-squad-announced/

Congratulations to two Wagga lads, Matt McTaggart and Dylan Pietsch who will begin training with the Aussie Sevens Squad in Jan 2017. What an effort!! Congrats to the team on winning the inaugural youth Sevens. https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=1828366254046095&id=1705878796294842

A good starting point Paul. I'm not sure what the outcome from the SIRU Juniors Age Group decision was, this may have on impact this though.

Agree, however would add City v Leeton to that mix also. It's good to see that there are a number of folks out there already keen to see the 2017 season underway!

I would expect the zone to support any "Colts" style competition. It would likely need to stay at Under 18's for it to be effective though. I think the Junior Clubs are also deciding whether to change the age grade of the Junior structure (happens every 3-4 years when new blood comes into the...

Has played for the club, but not recently and wasn't a part of the Runners Up XV. Pics will surely follow in the local rag. Can confirm that a move has been on the cards for a while and the opportunity to join the 1st XV coaching ranks was a major attraction. Not sure that the move also...

Heard some news recently about a change at Wagga City that could be Aggies gain. The change would be a great addition to the 2017 College roster and should provide a strong base for their 2017 program.

Harden leaving Monaro and into CW, CW allegedly also slimming the Graincorp Cup back to North and South. I wonder what that mix will look like? I understand the drive for a Premier Competition, it's interesting that Orange Emu's were able to win the comp without a Colts team. I'm sure there...

Damien Sims The draw will be floated at the AGM in early December. One of the options that I have heard put forward is a kick off a week before Easter which is the second weekend in April (Sat 8th).

Dyer to City makes sense, travel must have killed him for the past two years. A loss for the Phantoms for sure. I continue to hear words about some Albury folks happy to keep Nathan Honeyman company in the car on his travels up the Olympic Way. Anyone care to confirm if this is true?

I hear some words about a Premiership Winning Junior Coach who may use a method other than shame, fear and spite to inspire. Maybe the new committee is on to something there? Not that I'm aware of.
