Rich_E, It's quite amazing how many of these boys star, and yet they are still in year 11 or younger in both associations. Next year the Waves have returning no.10 Hutchinson-Walters (year 11 now) ,no.12 Ronald Volkman (year 10 now), no.13 Levi Milford, and replacement this year normally 16as...

QH, who won in the 15as?

I agree with Rod, I really hate the way the young idiots behave on the other side of the QP field. It's embarrassing but typically it's only a few out of a large crowd, but of course they stand out. Last year I was on that side and pulled 1 up. The trouble is that they have left school so...

One of the best games of school boy rugby you will ever see. Both sides played their hearts out. Congratulations to Barker, they never gave up!

OEP, I am not a GPS follower but... I would hope you would like to retract on that last stupid comment. Joeys, Scots, Newington and many other non selective schools are extremely good schools. To suggest that academia is king is not intelligent but rather naive. You seem to think the world...

Thanks Rich_E, but stats don't matter at QP.

    CAS 2018

Rich_E, I hope so, Waverley has at least year 11 as compulsory, but most rugby playing boys will be there, that I do know. As you would know from scots and any school who is winning, it also draws a lot of people who otherwise wouldn't attend. eg rugby people like yourself, and I know of...

Snort, I couldn't agree more, how is it that Trinity have not won more games. Pre the CAS season start many were seriously contemplating that this Trinity side could well be the spanner in the works, may even share in the spoils. Are there some year 11 boys who will return for 2019? I have a...

Spot on Joker, Academia is important but not by itself, a well rounded person with good people skills and a sense of team, I will take any day. Not sure how well these selective schools do on this front.

Yep. It always amazes me why people wake up 1 day and think hey I will make something like that up. He was at Cranbrook today watching and was fine, he just had a big work rate playing rep Union and League, which I think is quite understandable, he needed a break, we need him next week. That...

    CAS 2018

Good and fair summation SJ23, I did think the man in the middle had a shocker, the game never got into gear, for both sides. Moretti is back next week, he was rested having played Union and League rep games. Next week at QP will be tough, a big crowd expected, hope for good weather for all...
