Moana Pacifica vs NSW Waratahs Rd 8 Sat Apr 5

it's good to see, I had doubts about their long term viability for the last two seasons
  2. rugbyAU

    Waratahs 2025

I think it falls off a cliff from here, maybe only one more win
  3. rugbyAU

    Force v Highlanders R8

    Any word on Pietsch?
  4. rugbyAU

    NSW AAGPS 2025

That looks like an under strength 1st XV side?
  5. rugbyAU

Chiefs v Reds, Hamilton 5.05 PM AEDST 4th April

Should be up 14-10 with those conversions
  6. rugbyAU

Chiefs v Reds, Hamilton 5.05 PM AEDST 4th April

With those guys coming back and given McDermotts been rested, LSL (Lukhan Salakaia-Loto) only 2nd game of the year, Wright and Flook still out and Daungunu reported to start again who else is there to rest from a Wallabies perspective?
  7. rugbyAU

Chiefs v Reds, Hamilton 5.05 PM AEDST 4th April

Roar reporting that Campbell, Paisami, Faessler, Wilson and McReight all back
  8. rugbyAU

Chiefs v Reds, Hamilton 5.05 PM AEDST 4th April

Seriously resting players again for a top of the table clash half way through the season
  9. rugbyAU

    Wallabies 2025

I think AA will start on form and then Tupou on the bench, the others aren’t up to facing the Lions IMO
  10. rugbyAU

    Wallabies 2025

Pretty bang on, although I think Gleeson makes it over Leota, and Porecki with the injuries might not make it, also what they do with Skelton will be interesting
  11. rugbyAU

    Queensland Reds 2025

McReight is set to return for the Chiefs
  12. rugbyAU

    Reds v Force 7pm Sat 29th March, Rd 7

Faessler started pretty much every game he was fit in last year
  13. rugbyAU

    Reds v Force 7pm Sat 29th March, Rd 7

pretty ugly for the reds but with 7 key players out and going to the top of the table they'd be happy to escape with a win
  14. rugbyAU

    Reds v Force 7pm Sat 29th March, Rd 7

There's a fair few decent Wallabies in there - 11 capped internationals by my count
  15. rugbyAU

    Reds v Force 7pm Sat 29th March, Rd 7

If Force show up they have a real shot here they have a full strength team and Reds are without Faessler, Nonggorr, Wilson, McReight, Paisami, Flook & Campbell
  16. rugbyAU

    Wallabies 2025

They'll definitely be strong - but just not as strong as the last few teams IMO
  17. rugbyAU

    Wallabies 2025

Particularly as this Lions team won’t be a strong as the last few - the Autumn Nations Series and particularly the 6 Nations showed that Ireland have passed their peak, Scotland had a poor 6N and Wales are now Tier 2
  18. rugbyAU

    Reds v Force 7pm Sat 29th March, Rd 7

BPA should be starting hooker or at least getting good minutes off the bench
  19. rugbyAU

    Wallabies 2025

He's certainly been given plenty of opportunities and hasn't been great this season or last year, I think Donaldson should be the starting 10 on form, but I expect it will still be Lolesio given the incumbency advantage, which I think will matter a bit more for the Lions

Hurricanes vs Waratahs Super Rugby R7 2025 - Friday 28 March

Is resting required?, a 14 game season is very short
