Hi Fridayarvodrinks, Yep I'm familiar. I've reffed him a bit over the years and he has good size. Perhaps6'8" may be pushing it I think. However his problem has always been his ball control- right back in junior ages. If he can fix this he could be in real contention but as it stands I think...

Is aloys looking threatening at all? Regardless or not of certain performances they've historically not really been in the mix. I must say that in the games of Opens and 16As footy I reffed last year there was very little to be impressed with. Are there new players or is this just more schoolboy...

Any teams look particularly strong this year? Haven't heard much so the only info I have is on boys I've reffed at 16As/Opens level. Would love to know if there's any standouts in ability from both ends of the spectrum. Cheers.

G'day Scrumhead99, I understand your surprise at the suggestion that Oakhill Rugby could beat Knox by 20 points, considering Knox's strong reputation. However, it's important to remember that team chemistry is the key. Their chemistry reminds me of my footy days.

G'day Goose, Not sure if my sources are correct however i believe there are some 2s players in the Knox 1st XV side and a couple injuries.

G'day Lachie, I believe that regardless Cranbrook still stand a fighting chance against Stannies. Their 2nd's team are rather strong and I have even reffed one of their games and was rather impressed. They have a strong side and keen boys. The trip to Bathurst I believe they have this weekend...
