The data I'd like to see as a comprehensive set: - How many registered juniors stop at U16 instead of going to opens? - How many club/schools players stop at U18 instead of going onto Colts? - How many Colts players stop at U20/21 instead of going onto seniors? I'd suggest medium/high...

They're facing the same challenges in terms of working hours / cost-of-living. And their demographics aren't changing so much as the population is shrinking.
